5 of our very own - GB Elite Development Squad in Gibraltar

Last week Gibraltar Hockey welcomed Great Britain Elite Development Squad to the Rock for their training camp taking place from 30th July 2021 to 4th August 2021.

As well as hosting a coaching development workshop for our Gibraltar coaches and players, and a Mediterranean Cup between the two GB Elite Development sides, our Gibraltar Women's National team was invited to play two friendlies against the GB Elite Development sides.

5 of our very own Eagles Women were selected as part of the GHA Women's National squad for this opportunity of a lifetime - a massive congratulations to Ali Jessen, Alba Wink, Natasha Russo, Noelle Laguea, and Sarai Centeno!

Our girls, together with the rest of the GHA squad, showed discipline, composure, courage and strength across both games, and it is no doubt that the future is bright for our GHA Women's selection.
